Impact Overview

Below you will find an explanation of how to use and interpret the Impact Overview in Masslytics, including the different graphs and insights available.

What is the impact overview?

The Impact Overview shows you the measured results on the advertiser’s website as a direct result (causation) of your mass media advertisements.
These results quantify what would likely not have happened if you hadn’t broadcast the advertisements you uploaded.

For more information on uploading your broadcast schedule, see the broadcast import documentation.

Graph of results

The main graph shows:

  • Extra website visitors
  • Conversions
  • Total broadcasts

for the selected period.
This visualizes the measurable, incremental impact of your mass media efforts.

Selectors and attribution methods

At the top right of the page, you can:

  • Select the Brand
  • Select the date range
  • Choose the Attribution Method

Masslytics offers several attribution models to accurately calculate results.
By default, Instant Impact is selected. This is suitable for most use cases and likely also yours.
Extended Attribution is only recommended for specific cases.
If you have not been informed about Extended Attribution, we recommend sticking with Instant Impact for the best results.
