FAQ

Below you will find answers to the most common questions about using Masslytics.

When will I see results in the dashboard?

Results are calculated at midnight.
If you have a running campaign and have both installed the tag and uploaded your broadcast schedule, you’ll see the results of yesterday starting today in the dashboard.

Do I need to ask for cookie consent to use Masslytics?

No. Masslytics does not use cookies or device-level storage, so cookie consent is not required.
We recommend mentioning Masslytics in your website privacy policy for transparency.

Do I need to install the tag before my campaign starts?

It is not strictly required, as Masslytics can still measure direct and indirect impact even if the tag is installed during or after the campaign.
However, we recommend installing the tag at least one week before your campaign for the best baseline and indirect impact analysis.

How do I know if the tag is installed correctly?

After installing the tag, visit your website yourself.
Then, check the Impact Overview in the dashboard for your brand after about 5 minutes.
If you see your tag code modal, the installation is incorrect. If you see the dashboard (even if showing zeros), it is correctly installed.

Can I revise my ad schedule after uploading?

Yes. You can upload additional moments and delete incorrect ones via the dashboard.
After editing, go to your brand settings and click Recalculate results.
For a full reset, contact support with your corrected schedule.

Can I create unlimited users?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of users you can create in your organization, and adding users does not incur additional costs.

What attribution method should I use?

By default, Instant Impact is selected and is suitable for most cases.
Use Extended Attribution only if instructed by our team for specific scenarios.

How do I get access to the API?

API tokens and documentation are provided to existing customers by the support team.
Contact support to request your API token and access guide.

Is Masslytics GDPR compliant?

Yes. Masslytics fully complies with GDPR and ePrivacy by minimizing data collection, not using cookies, and processing only pseudonymous session data.
See the Privacy page for details.
